Kiva, Inc. has grown becoming a full service General Contractor specializing in construction and service contracts for all trades of earthwork through out Austin, San Antonio and surrounding areas.
Roads and Site Work
KIVA, Inc. does all work regarding earthwork for your project. The scope of your site work can vary, however considerable or minimal your project is (excavation, backfill, etc.) we are capable.
In addition to earthwork, the inclusion of miscellaneous items such as retaining walls, paving, concrete walks and patios, landscaping, erosion and sedimentation control, etc. can easily be included.
Site utilities are normally included as well as the excavation and backfill for the electrical site lighting, the irrigation, etc. of your project.
KIVA, Inc. is no stranger to large erosion control projects, landfill capping requirements, salt shed construction, etc. As a successful site working conractor KIVA has a large inventory of equipment and employs a substantial number of qualified employees. We are bonded, licensed, insured, and financially backed.
Trenching and Boring
Since 1998, KIVA, Inc. has been serving Texas utility installation needs. We are a unique trenching company because of our expertise in the local soils of our areas, the years of knowledge, our trained staff, and our field operators; allowing us to provide our customers with their best outcome.
Our equipment includes excavators, backhoes, skid steers, dozers, and more. We are at your service for dirt hauling, excavation, demolition, and any heavy equipment moving you may require.
